We Only Ship to Australia & New Zealand

We are a small, boutique company. In order to keep quality high and costs down, we have decided to only ship to Australia (our home base) & New Zealand.

I checked ‘Local Pick up’, where do I collect?

We are located in Fairlight NSW 2094. You need to schedule your collection day/time.  Please email: carol@thespacecube.com and we will provide our address and coordinate collection. Thank you!

My Shipment arrived damaged

We inspect each and every order before it is dispatched, on rare occasions, orders get damaged in transit.  If you received a damaged Cube, please email carol@thespacecube.com. With pictures and/or a description of the damaged merchandise.  Once we receive your email, we will work out a solution so you are happy about your purchase.

I decided I do not want The Space Cube

If for any reason, you do not want your order, please return it in the original packaging within 14 business days of arrival. Returns should be sent to The Space Cube address on the original shipping label.  You may also email carol@thespacecube.com for the return address. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Merchandise must be in original box or similar box with ample packing material.  Once the return is received and inspected we will take steps to issue a return.  Sorry, no returns will be accepted 14 days after date of arrival.

Shipping Method & Authority to Leave

All orders will ship via Courier; therefore, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.  In addition, all orders will have ‘Authority to Leave’, unless the shipping address is a unit or the customer indicates another option in the ‘Notes’ section in the Checkout.
